About Terri Boushon

With a background in business, human relations, and leadership, Terri brings a unique combination of experience, professionalism, and genuine care to her real estate clients.

Terri earned her BS in Business from Oklahoma State University and her Master’s in Human Relations from the University of Oklahoma. Before entering real estate, she spent her career in Human Resources, ultimately serving as Director of Human Resources for a private equity-owned energy holding company. That experience gave her a strong foundation in communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and understanding what people need to make important decisions.

Real estate has allowed Terri to combine those skills with her passion for helping people. As a top-producing agent, she has helped more than 320 families buy and sell over $90 million in real estate. Her extensive experience allows her to confidently guide clients through every step of the process while keeping their individual goals and priorities at the center.

Terri and her husband, Phil, have three grown sons, two grandchildren, and a beloved Shih-Tzu, Charlie Boo. Phil has spent his entire career in the home building and contracting industry, giving Terri an added perspective and knowledge of the construction and home-building side of real estate.

Outside of real estate, Terri is very active in her community. She serves as a Stephen Minister at Crossings and stays involved with Leadership Edmond Alumni and the Edmond Chamber of Commerce.

When she’s not working, you can usually find Terri on her bicycle or on the dance floor. She loves all kinds of dancing, especially West Coast Swing, country/western, and ballroom.
